British Shining Star Ashleigh Green
She was born in England but she is pursuing the stages and screens of the world. Ashleigh Green is a British actress settled in London who has been working and performing since a very young age. Always avid about drama performance, dancing and singing, she wants to be the most complete as possible as an artist and embraces with devotion her career, always foreseeing new opportunities and new skills to learn.
Inspirations
Despite being so young, Ashleigh has the enthusiasm and determination of a veteran. Since she was 2 years old, her parents would notice her great appeal for artistic expression and would motivate her to excel her creativity, investing on her education as she was subscribed since very young to workshops and art classes, learning to dance, sing and act. As she naturally developed her interests on acting, she would also be inspired by kids productions to pave her path ahead. From Disney movies to the musical acts of High School Musical, Ashleigh absorbed a lot of ideas and concepts. She wanted to act with the cheerfulness and sovereignty of those princess and female leads, and so did she so far.
Theater and TV
As interested as she is in many different kinds of expression - she also did Tap courses - Ashleigh would enroll for several times in theater plays, musicals like Cinderella, Hair, Coppeila and many others. In the last years she has been working hard on theater productions around London and as her experience grows, also does her roles. Recently she got a much more challenging and watershed role for her career in the crime documentary for BBB's Channel 5 "Countdown to Murder 2", where she would depart from the cheerful fantasy of her previous works to a dramatic and dark experience on this production about crime cases. One of the most rewarding experiences for her so far, Ashleigh plans on doing more works like that, as she is foreseeing new opportunities to improve her skills and chances to expand her career in America very soon.

the gorgeous gwen albers
When it comes to the world of entertainment and performance, it is all about talent and passion. For some people they land into this industry through the related field and one fine example of this is the beautiful and talented actress Gwen Albers from Holland. For someone who aspired to make a mark in the world of dancing, it is simply amazing to see how far she has come in the entertainment world through her tremendous performances and achievements in acting.
For Gwen, growing up was all about dancing, and she was selected to join the National Ballet Academy at the age of just nine. The Dutch national Ballet, one of the most reputable ballet companies in the world, offered her a contract after her training of nine years. For seven years she danced all the main classical ballet pieces but also began to develop a keen interest in acting. She entered into the world of acting through commercials and found this medium as a wonderful opportunity to explore the imperfections of human behaviour. She considers this as her best career move and why shouldn’t she? After all, her success and talent in acting speak volumes about her passion for this field.
Directors Fabienne Berthaud and Sam Mendes are her biggest inspirations as she feels they beautifully capture the rawness of life in their films. As far as her training goes, she went to the Theater School in Amsterdam, The Ivana Chubbuck studios in Los Angeles and the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. This shows how passionate she is about acting. Gwen’s personal favourite performance is the role of Una who was a seventy year old Irish woman in Frank MC Guinness’s play “The Factory Girls”. She took a lot of effort to get into this role and gave a stupendous performance.
Presently she has wrapped up shooting for a short film which is by Elena Dalmasso in Italy. She will also be shooting for the feature film Overexposed by Juan David Castilla in November in which she plays the lead role. Her character in the film is a woman named Joan who has faced an attack and she is trying to find a path to get over this shocking event in her life.
Gwen considers Juliette Binoche and Kate Winslet as her ideal co-stars and in the future she aspires to work with more directors and take up new as well as challenging projects. This accomplished actress advises the qualities such as endurance and self-belief. She is amongst those successful performers who truly understand the dedication required in the acting industry. She has appeared in films like “Before I Awake”, “Love Consequences”, “The Fallen”, “Clair de Lune”, “Grey Mouse”, and “Period”. Radio Daze Radio Review – Freefall Donna McCaul / Lauren White Murphy- [Journalist Stephanie Brooks]
Well shiver me timbers, there I was tuned into LMFM radio last night and up pop’s a track from Eurovision 2011 by Irish hit songwriter Lauren White Murphy, sung by Irish soul powerhouse Donna McCaul. Two things that struck me; firstly had this have been our Irish entry for Eurovision that year I reckon we would have won it. However, the tale within this story is far darker than that, in fact Ms White Murphy was hotly pursued to scribble this ‘killer’ song for Romania, and subsequently she cast Donna as the singer. When you listen to this power pop record on the radio, it’s of little surprise that it went onto chart in Romania. And what’s even more impressive is how the writer and consequently the singer were both able to disguise the bitter heartacheby its ‘mello-phonic’ genius.
Those who follow my musings on a regular basis will know that I’m a radio fanatic and while my commentary is generally based around radio shows, every now and again I’m stopped in my tracks by a record that is more often than not, just an-incidental filler within the radio show I’m reviewing. Once the presenter back announced the track “Freefall” - I then proceeded to do a little digging around, my first consideration was this; I hit google, like you do, found the Youtube link to the song, and whatever about Ms McCaul’s incredible vocals, on further examination, I was knocked sideways by the opening lyrics; I'm standing on the edge / With nowhere to hide I hear you call my name / your voice deep inside I see you in my dreams / you take my breath away Why did you leave me now, why couldn't you stay.
It transpires the subject matter is rather quite dark, evidently about the breakup of a beautiful friendship and of course love, an unrequited and all-consuming deep, wanting, love; When I think of it now I get emotional / An ocean of devotion and hearts crossing over it She knows that most of all, the problem that we're coming with I still can't see the reason why you wanted to go through with it. Then the penny drops, oh my giddy Aunt, the writer is talking about someone who has had their heart broken, smashed to bits, crushed and stamped upon – and has reached the ultimate low - the consideration of ‘ending it all’. And not just the affair, we’re talking terminating their existence on this earth; I'm free falling live for the moment baby Til I met you I never thought I'd love again I'm free falling back into your arms again This way our love will never end If you let me fall.
When I regain my composure, I begin to study the reality of this writer’s composition, between the darkness of the lines lies wonderful phrasing, and I begin to question how the writer who was then only barely out of her 20’s could know such loss. Is she writing from experience? We’ll never know, so I decide to root though more of her video songs on her site and what I discover is that little Lauren White Murphy from Crumlin in Dublin is probably one of Ireland’s finest poets, not just a great composer but also now we can clearly see - her poetry is uniquely hers and that is the stuff that great Irish writers are made of. Ladies and gentlemen watch this space – as a composer and writer this young lady is going all the way to the top of her field. I’ll eat my hat if this bird doesn’t soar above the trees of song. I feel a Grammy may be just around the corner.

actor profile: daniel parker
What is the one thing that the great actors and actresses have in common? Many people erroneously believe that it is looks, or wealth, or any sort of specific background. But they would be wrong. The one thing that someone who is hoping to break into Hollywood needs is a wide variety of skills. Easier said than done, perhaps, but Daniel J. Parker has proved that it is, indeed, possible.
From the outside, Daniel J. Parker looks quite unassuming. An Englishman raised in Switzerland, the first talent that is often noticed is his ease with languages. Daniel is fluent in English and French, and has a passing understanding of many more, including German, Spanish, and Italian. His accents are also quite remarkable, but his talents do not stop there.
Musically, Daniel could be considered to be a prodigy, and if he wanted to, he could probably alter his career and leave acting behind. Daniel is proficient in playing the flute, the baritone and alto saxophone, a myriad of percussion instruments, and amazingly, the didjeridoo. But if technology is more your style, Daniel also DJs. Of course he does.
Throughout his acting career, Daniel has been particularly excellent at picking up – and maintaining – incredible skills that most actors would give their hind teeth for. Skiing, martial arts, horse back riding, juggling: there seems to be very little that Daniel does not do.
And that is probably why Daniel is so successful within the acting world. He has taken the lead in the last nine films that he has been a part of, and often a director will want to work with him again almost immediately. His theatre work has astounded people, and many believe that it will only be a matter of time before Daniel is even more of a world class actor.

His theatre work has astounded people, and many believe that it will only be a matter of time before Daniel is even more of a world class actor.
one of poland's most talented stars in the film world- agnieska lal
There sadly seems to be a stereotype about the children of actors going into acting, and the children of singers going into music, and so on. The negative aspect of the stereotype is that many people assume that because of their famiyl connections, they didn't really have to work hard: but Agnieska Lal is the best example of how this is just not true.
Although her parents work within Polish television, Agnieska secretly went out of her way to hide the fact from her parents that she wanted to work in the media world. In fact, when at the age of fourteen she went to her first ever audition, she didn't even tell them! But Agnieska was immediately spotted as someone who was perfect for the role as the newest and youngest television presenter for a Polish youth program, and she began her career as a teenager.
Many years passed, and Agnieska's popularity only increased – but she started to want something more. There is something so fulfilling about following a project throughout its conception, initial work, filming, and editing, and that was what Agnieska wanted to focus on. She is now a brilliant producer, with her first documentary currently in the editing suite. It is called Heading Liberty, and follows Agnieska and her husband's personal challenge to build a sailboat in Mexico and sail to Australia. It is gripping viewing, especially as you watch the pair battle the elements through their ten month journey.
Agnieska has really proved herself as a professional throughout her career, and could almost be described as a veteran! However, there is still so much that Agnieska wants to enjoy, to experience, and to achieve, and her life as a producer is really starting to have the film world talking.

Filmmaker jennifer matichuk- a breath of fresh air
Film making is often seen as a very static genre, with nothing much changing except the occasional alteration in technology. In many ways, the films that we watch from ten years ago are not that different from the ones that are being made now. That is why the film maker Jen Matichuk is so astounding and like a breath of fresh air – because there is nothing holding her back from what she believes can be done on screen.
Jen didn't intend to be a film maker when she went to college at Yale, but she soon found that the medium of film was one she intensely loved. Throughout her time there, she become respected and recognized for her brilliant productions, her original feature length screenplays, and her wise directing. Jen made several short films throughout the course of her studies, and this talent was quickly picked up on by Rhett & Link, a production company that creates original videos for YouTube. She is now the Camera Operator and Social Media Manager there and since she joined, Jen has doubled the online presence that the company has had.
But Jen has not limited herself to just being a film maker that is happy to be content making videos for one audience. She has created new links with internet giants such as Google and YouTube, and become an innovator in the way that film making is considered online. And as well as her day job, she is busy working on independent films and shoots, such as a web series called Superfluous, as well as a photography project which is just lifting off the ground.
It is incredibly exciting to see a bright young star such as Jen Matichuk spread her wings, and it will be interesting to see just how high she can fly.

One of australia's most talented performer's allan liang
The entertainment world is filled with talented artists. Let us talk about one such artist who has given some great performances in both short films and television. We are talking about Allan Liang.

With so many films under his belt, the list of directors he has worked with is also a big one, which include the names of Jo Zhou, Markus Wills, Steven Bragg, Nick Dusters, James Blannin-Ferguson and Martin Ponferrada to list just a few. In television he has worked with directors Katie Hides, Garth Maxwell and Kay Pavlou who is a multi-award winning director. Allan counts working with Meryl Streep or Robert De Niro as a dream come true for him to work beside such greatness.
Allan has attended AIPA- Australian Institute of Performing Arts and studied at The Marjorie Ballentine Studio where he was taught by this industry veteran herself. He also studies with Australian veteran actor Andy McPhee. He has also attended a course in film acting from The New York Film Academy and The Actors Studio at NIDA. Nicola fynn and her path to success
Some people have great difficulties in choosing their career path. They always struggle between two or more options. They are never very sure, which way they should turn the tide into. However, there are people who have been sure from a very young age about what they want to pursue in their lives. Nichola Fynn is one such fine actor who has known since birth that acting is where her future lies and this is what she pursued. When she was just two, yes only two, she used to watch the movie Grease at least five times a day. Her family seeing so much of her tilt towards the dramatics decided to enroll her into dance classes. She was very good at dancing and continued to pursue it. However, as she reached her teens she knew that dancing alone would not suffice her thirst for stage and drama. She jumped on the bandwagon of acting and singing. In this regard she also joined a local dramatics group. However, she did complete her schooling and at the age of eighteen, she got herself into the renowned Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. She even produced a short film named “Broken”, where she acted too. This movie also played at the illustrious Cannes Film Festival.
She is currently working on a documentary called “Freefall.” She is also writing a sketch-comedy whose title is yet to be finalized. In the past couple of years, Nichola has really grown in stature.

one of bulgaria's finest stars george asenov
The world today has many talented actors from all parts of the globe. Many of these actors are amazing performers in theatre, as well as in cinema. One such actor who’s starred in both theatre and cinema productions is the Bulgarian born George Asenov. Asenov is highly trained. He is not only a graduate of National Academy of Theatre and Film Art in Sofia, Bulgaria, but he also attended the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles where underwent a rigorous two-year acting program.
Asenov’s first professional play was “The Zoo Story”, the absurdist classic by Edward Albee. George received rave reviews, which led him to several successive performances at some of the most prominent theaters in the nation, including the production of “The Gods”, which was directed by the renowned GaroAshikyan and ran at the National Satirical Theatre in Sofia. George grabbed the attention of audiences across Bulgaria with his performance in the starring role of the ‘Demigod’ – half man, half god. George next played a villainous guard in a well-received production of “Antigone” at the Mladekji Theatre in Sofia.George drew a lot of attention for his portrayal of the anti-hero responsible for the death of Antigone. In “Cloud Heaven”, which was directed by BogdanPetkanin and ran at the Nafta Theatre in Sofia, George played a Russian ex-militant whose divergent views make him a socially awkward outcast among a close group of neighbors in a Siberian community.
In addition to these successful stage productions, he has also played leading roles on Bulgarian national television, and starred in several films. His film “Keep Walking” was honored with an award by the prestigious National Academy of Theatre and Film Art. George has proven that his appeal is truly international, wowing American audiences with his performances in the plays “Waiting for the Lefty”, “Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo”, “Glengarry Glen Ross”, as well as the film “The Love Pentagram.”
When asked about the most challenging role of his career so far, George says it was playing ‘Musa’, in the play “Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo,” which required him to speak with an Arabic accent. Currently he has plans to work on two feature films for Los Angeles based One Push Productions, along with offers to perform on stage in New York.
Asenov considers the study of the craft of acting one of his greatest pleasures, and truly believes that persistence is the key to success in any field. He says that the most important trait an actor can have is resilience, and advises young actors to “continue doing what you love, and don’t give up, no matter what.”

Anne Sophie Niego grew up on stage. She was discovered at age 5 by French ballet icon Max Bozzoni, who trained her for many years to appear at the historic Paris Opera House. But despite all of all her ballet training, when Anne-Sophie landed a leading role in a stage production of Castle at age 12, it was immediately clear to her that she would be pursuing a career in the dramatic arts.
Anne-Sophie went on to enroll in Paris’ finest acting schools, Studio 24 and Les Cours Florent. She landed roles in the popular French features Merry Widow (Enfin Veuve) and Comedy of Power (L’Ivresse du Poivoir), which starred two of France’s most famous actresses – Isabella Huppert and Michele Laroque. She was also the face (and sexy voiceover) for Chanel No. 5, Courir Clothing and NCSF, the French Railway System. Anne-Sophie’s up-beat personality caught the attention of Denis Chateau, a famous cinema distributor and programmer who advised her to move to USA to further her career. Anne Sophie acted on his advice and has proven to be just as popular in the U.S. as she is in France.
This flawless beauty with her enchanting French accent gained the attention of many producers and casting directors. She recently appeared on stage in a highly-praised production of Clifford Odett’s “Waiting for Lefty” directed by the Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Milton Justice. She was also featured in a stage production of “12”, an adaption of the classic film “12 Angry Men”, directed by acclaimed actor & director May Quigley Goodman.
Anne-Sophie has also made a splash on screen, where she plays leading roles in the films Leila, where she co-stars with Swedish actress Tiedora DeGrigo, as well as Jun Kuang’s upcoming film Present, in which Ann-Sophie plays a retired spy, charged with spying on her husband, as well as the comedy “Suit and Tie” where Anne-Sophie plays an abused assistant. She is currently shooting “The Absence” which is being directed by Alvaro Ortega. All of these titles have anticipated release dates in 2014. Anne-Sophie also has several stage and screen projects on her slate, and we will look forward to watching what she will do next.

actor ray emodi- turning heads!
Ray Emodi, a Nigerian-born actor, has taken the entertainment industry by storm. Ray quickly established himself as an actor that can carry a film. In the films God’s Own Villa and A Daughter’s Dilemma, Ray proved to audiences and critics alike, that he is a force to behold – playing an agoraphobic seeking to challenge his debilitating handicap to find love in God’s Own Villa and a villain played with smoldering animosity in A Daughter’s Dilemma.
Ray’s seemingly innate ability to capture an audience from the second he comes onscreen is evident in his other work too, including The Form of Art, Mainline, Void, Costume Collector and others. Perhaps his abilities began to flourish when he was earning his degree in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy; or perhaps he developed his skills while mastering Tai Chi, Shakespeare and stage combat. Regardless of when, exactly, his ability to carry a production with his performance came into full bloom, it is obvious that Ray will only see more and greater success as his career as a leading man progress.
Already he has worked with award-winning directors Omar Monge and Dennis Hodges, and his film A Daughter’s Dilemma has won numerous awards at prestigious international film festivals. Entertainment industry professionals, both in front of and behind the camera, scramble to work with Ray as often as possible. Acclaimed television director Gilbert Shilton – with credits like Magnum, P.I., The A-Team, Knight Rider, The Twilight Zone, Law & Order, Beverly Hills 90210, Poltergeist: The Legacy, and Degrassi: The Next Generation – who was looking to make the jump from television directing to film directing, chose Ray to star as Mr. K in his first film Lies Hidden in the Truth. From Ray’s prior work with Shilton on a video called The Void and Shilton’s 30+ years of industry experience, Shilton was confident that Ray was the actor he needed to help him make a successful transition from television to film.
Ray has also worked extensively with writer/director/actor A.J Rivera. The duo has teamed up on two very different films – Lies Hidden in the Truth, a complex ensemble piece with an extensive and varied cast of characters and You Don’t Say – which Ray describes as a “buddy, stoner, action film”. Because Ray is an actor who is always challenging those he works with to perform the best they can with each and every take, actors and directors alike cite Ray’s work ethic and the truth he brings to his performances as the reason he is considered one of the best African-born actors in the industry today.
Ray does not limit himself to film. When it comes to the stage, Ray is just as talented and well versed. Many referred to his two-month starring role as the ‘Hunchman’ in the production of Chris Berube’s Happily Whatever After as the most extraordinary performance of the production. Ray also tackled the title role of Shakespeare’s Othello in a successful stage production too.
It appears that Ray is poised to continue his streak of success with his most recent film Animus, which is scheduled to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, one of the most prestigious festivals in the world.Ray is an extraordinary actor whose love for performing has ensured him a steady line of work that has no end in sight.

Recreating Shakespearian Era on the Modern Silver Screen with Marie Sophon
Achtnung! Says the director, and Marie Sophon is always well prepared with her script and dialogues. The multi skilled actress possesses both beauty and brains which is a rare combination among the current generation of celebrities. Apart from being a theatrical personality, she is also qualified in Artistic ways of doing business management. She has seen the real world of art-marketing. Here, she understood the viewer’s perspective of an artistic creation. It could be poetry, a Shakesperian drama, a dance video or an emotional film. Marie Sophon has always rendered her best into every performance. As she comes from a Theatrical background, acting has naturally come to her. Unlike the current Hollywood show-pieces who play the role of only amusing and dishing out the erotic stuff, she has created a unique niche for herself in the entertainment industry.
Her epic role in the film “A London story” made history for its real life portrayals in life like situations. This also brought the poetic inclinations of the actress into the focus. The cinema world is literally reviving the song and poem based films that ruled the roost in the early 60’s. A film is supposed to convey a social message to the people apart from entertaining them. The musical video too many friendsbring in a new approach to combining music, theatrics and style in a single act. She has always portrayed the analytical aspect of acting in her every role. The kind of education she received from Scripps College of fine arts added an artistic touch into every character that she has played. Her emblematic role in Cymbeline also projects this angle quite symbolically.
Depression and solitude are the two key elements that make every human see the world in through their own myopic eyes. Marie Sophon has beautifully depicted this aspect in many of her theatrical shows, especially the ones from the Shakesperian background. At the same time, she also brings the positive side of human life in many of her leading roles. The intensive course at the central school of speech and drama taught her several faces of acting. Bringing a real life portrayal into acting is not an easy task. All the directors with whom she has worked have had very few retakes while working with her. Once the screen play and the dialogues are given to her, it is safely assumed that the film producer has insured her Film to earn maximum revenues and rewards.

Tero Salenius: Finnish-born Actor
Not many Americans can recall multiple Finnish actors making it big in the western side of the globe. Furthermore, Finland is not considered the birthplace of actors. When Americans think of European actors they look at the great British actors, the sexy French actors and the polish Spanish actors. That is why, Tero Salenius stood out as a natural and talented actor from Finland.
While the film industry is vibrant in Finland, not many of its actors are known in the global arena. Tero is among the few who has been pursuing an acting career for at least fourteen years. It took a lot of hard work, dedication and lack of sleep even when that wasn’t the best option.
Tero as an all rounder actor, also produces, directs and edits television productions because his experience affords him the opportunity to provide a valuable contribution to the development of creative pieces.
Tero is a dynamic actor; from impersonating the great Michael Jackson to writing and producing two feature films has certainly allowed Tero to put his creativity and ingenuity to work. It takes a great performer to deliver a fabulous piece but it also takes an excellent writer and director to compile and oversee the successful execution of the piece.
Tero is widely known for his feature films, notably the Dick Turnoff documentary and the Helsinki Axe Murders. He has even stretched himself to include work on the theatre stage. His most memorable performances were Kadulla in 2000 and his own show, Tero Salenius Show, the year before.
Tero is a fun man who will never turn down a horse-back riding experience or canoe-travel. He will also enjoy a heated Tae Kwon Do match and a nail-biting swimming meet.
For those familiar with this actor will know that he has a decent command of the English Language that is nicely complimented with his Finnish accent. Tero Salenius has a lot of potential as he makes his steps towards superstardom in the entertainment industry.
While the film industry is vibrant in Finland, not many of its actors are known in the global arena. Tero is among the few who has been pursuing an acting career for at least fourteen years. It took a lot of hard work, dedication and lack of sleep even when that wasn’t the best option.

The future king of Australian actors, Geordie Robinson.
While he may not be the name most Americans think of when they think Australian actors, Paul Hogan still takes the top spot despite Crocodile Dundee being over a few decades old, Geordie Robinson is a household name in his native land. From his leading role on the Australian TV pilot Coulda Gone Pro, to his recurring role on Underbelly: Badness, Geordie Robinson puts on a great performance whenever he steps in front of the camera. It was this level of commitment to his craft that landed him a role in the smash comedy A Few Best Men alongside Olivia Newton John and Xavier Samuel.
Geordie's passion and commitment stems from a school drama teacher, Paul Plunkett, whose own love for the theater has stayed with Geordie to this day. Speaking of the theater, Geordie has landed roles in such plays as The Sleep of Prisoners, Standing in Footsteps, Hamlet, and Playing with Knives. Each role given the same level of commitment and dedication that Geordie has given his leading roles. Besides his work in TV, film, and the theater Geordie has been a part of several national modeling campaigns and international TV commercial spots.
All of this work has been leading up to Geordie's dream of conquering Hollywood and starring in an American blockbuster. However, Geordie is not content to just become a star of film, he would also love to be a part of the resurgent TV show market America is experiencing. With his good looks, passion for acting, strong work ethic, and honest approach to his craft it won't be long before Geordie is on TV sets across America and pinned up on the walls of his many female fans.

Frederick Hamel: Bridesmaids and Beyond
Frederik Hamel is an actor with a plethora of experience, passion—and most importantly, talent—under his belt. Frederik Hamel is best known for his memorable appearance in the hit comedy film Bridesmaids, in the infamous “bridal shower” scene. The scene was one of the highlights of the movie, and his interplay with comedian Kristen Wiig has been seen by the millions of people who have watched Bridesmaids worldwide.
Though his role as shower waiter is arguably his most memorable film role, Frederick Hamel is no stranger to acting. Hamel originally came to America after he finished high school with the intention to complete a year-long exchange program in medical studies. While attending California Lutheran University, he took a drama class which changed his life. After only a few weeks in his very first theater class, Hamel decided to pursue a theatre degree instead of medical studies. He moved to Hollywood, earned a well-deserved Master of Arts from California State University, and has pursued a career in acting ever since.
Although best known for his work in film and television, Hamel has also taken to the stage in professional theaters across the US. He has performed in numerous Shakespeare productions, including playing the lead role in Romeo and Juliet, Cassio in Othello, Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream--just to list a few. His film and television credits include a role on Mind of Mencia, Girlfriends, A God Named Pablo, and a co-lead role in the upcoming film, Life Tracker. Hamel also recently signed a four-film deal with Tigertail Films.

Lillie Claire, more than just a pretty face!
By now I am sure you know who Lillie Claire is, even if you don't know her name. For those that are still in the dark about the Australian beauty, be prepared to have your mind blown. First off, yes she is a very successful model and one of the most attractive women from the land down under according to the latest internet polls. However, unlike your typical model Lillie is not content to get by on her looks. She is a writer, director, and producer with several short movies to her credit. Her first short was A Solid Place to Stand, which garnered her attention from the mainstream critics. She followed this up with Actress, a short you wrote about the ups, downs, and little quirks along the road to becoming an actress. It was praised for its stark look at the dream of becoming an actress as well as showing a side of the dream few realized existed.
Her next effort was the short movie The Drowning, which was about a brother and sister sharing a psychic connection with their dead mother. Once again Lillie was met with praise for her great writing and directing skills. This February she finished up her fourth short film, Missing Persons, a psychological thriller about a young killer meeting the future ghost of herself. Why she is a ghost and how it is resolved I will leave up up you to find out, but I will say it is O'Henry like in its twist. In fact, M. Night Shamaylan could take a few pointers from Lillie.

What makes him tick, inside the mind of Evan Riley Brown
Looking at his devilish grin and bad boy haircut one would think Evan Riley Brown was set to be the next James Dean, but if you were to ask him he would say he would rather be the next Jim Carrey. Despite his penchant for comedy and practical jokes, Evan takes acting very seriously. A graduate of the Stella Adler School, Evan has studied the likes of Robert De Niro and Christian Bale. It was Bale's performance in the Machinist that ultimately pushed Evan to take the step from local Canadian actor to Hollywood actor. Evan hopes to one day be able to dedicate his all to a role the way Bale did in the Machinist, and it will only be a matter of time before he gets the chance in my humble opinion. Unlike some actors who would be content to focus on one particular style or a single actor or actress to emulate, Evan studies all the greats from Dame Judy Dench to Paul Newman. Indeed, Evan is willing to learn from whoever might be in a position to help him better his acting chops.
Despite looking up to some huge names, Evan feels Mark Ruffalo would be the perfect costar for him. Evan has been heard to say Mark seems like a great person and since he came from the same acting school they would have similar pre-acting prep rituals. With Mark playing the Incredible Hulk in the Avengers and the upcoming Avengers 2, it may be very soon that we see Evan playing the Hulk's sidekick Rick Jones. By the way Hollywood, you are welcome for giving you the perfect casting for that role.
